After seeing so many of my bootcamper's struggle along their fitness journeys I realized it was time to take drastic measures.

My clients did not struggle due to a lack of will-power and dedication. They struggled because of life's demanding obligations

With kids, work, family, friends and every other life stresser, it can seem impossible to find the time to workout consistently. This is why I created the "25 to 5 Workout Plan", a fitness program that allows anyone to squeeze in a workout with little to no time.

I’m Bobby Bluford, the creator and founder of Ultimate Muscle Confusion, what we call “UMC”. I have an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and used that education and experience to lead startups in Silicon Valley as both Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance. And now I'm taking it one step further and giving you all of the other tools to be successful, as well.
