This is a series of home workouts designed for no weight, and resistance band exercises. Whether you have a no time to workout, or a lot of time, whether you just started working out or you've been working out for ages, we have something for you. The 25 to 5 workout system is designed to be time & location independent.
Coach Bobby
I’m Bobby Bluford, the creator and founder of Ultimate Muscle Confusion, what we call “UMC”. I have an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and used that education and experience to lead startups in Silicon Valley as both Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance. But Finance is not my passion. Fitness is! You see, well before I was crunching numbers, I was focused on health and fitness. In high school, when I first started working out, I was focused on health and fitness. When I was playing football at UC Davis, where I earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics; I was focused on health and fitness. And through all of life’s challenges- work, marriage, parenthood, “Father Time”-I have been focused on health and fitness. I designed UMC for busy people like you. And now I'm taking it one step further and giving you all of the other tools to be successful, as well. I call it B.T.Y., because to uncover the best version of YOU requires a continue focus and being BETTER THAN YESTERDAY..every day. This course gives you all of the information you need to train and eat for the best results of your life. But it also addresses the real issues (habit formation, mindset, motivation, etc.) so that you can become the person you want and know you can....for good!
